Most of our leases are for 12 months. Shorter terms may be available on select properties.
Is the property furnished or unfurnished?
Our rentals are unfurnished.

No. Tenants are required to set up their services.

Security deposits typically equal one month’s rent, but this can vary by property.
When is rent due, and how can I pay it?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We accept online payments, checks, and money orders.
How do I apply for a rental?
You can complete our online application form directly on our website.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of background and credit checks. The cost is $45 per person over the age of 18.
What documents do I need to provide
We require a valid photo ID, proof of income, and rental history.
Do you run a credit and background check?
Yes, all applicants must pass a credit and background screening.
How long does the application process take?
Most applications are processed within 2–3 business days.
Do you allow pets?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly, but restrictions on breed, size, and number may apply. Additional monthly fees or deposits may be required.
Can I sublet the property?
Subletting is not allowed unless approved in writing by management.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit a request through our online tenant portal or by calling our office.
How quickly are repairs addressed?
Urgent issues are handled immediately, while standard requests are usually resolved within 1–3 business days.
Who is responsible for lawn care or snow removal?
The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the yard. Lawn service can be added to your lease at an additional cost.
What is the move-in process?
Once approved, you’ll sign your lease, pay your deposit, and schedule a key pickup date.
What is the process for ending my lease?
Provide written notice according to your lease terms, typically 30–60 days in advance.
How do I get my security deposit back?
Your deposit will be refunded after the move-out inspection, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
